What we collect

When you submit an enterprise enquiry, we may receive:

• Company name, contact name, and business email address
• Phone number, if you provide one
• Product category, target volume, and regional delivery requirements
• Any additional requirements you include in your message

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to measure aggregate site traffic and page performance. Analytics only runs after you click Accept in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent anytime via Cookie settings in the site footer. Data may be transferred to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data solely to respond to pricing and platform requests you send us, prepare product recommendations, and follow up on sourcing discussions you initiate.

The legal basis for enquiry data is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is needed to respond to pre-contractual enquiries, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where we have a legitimate interest in handling business communications and protecting the site from spam.

The legal basis for analytics is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent given in the cookie banner.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting supply relationship, then deleted or anonymised unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us operate email or hosting infrastructure, bound by confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data if required by law.

Enquiry data you send to our Commercial Desk may be transferred to our head office in China to prepare your quote. Transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.

Your rights

Depending on your location, and especially if the GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to receive data portability where applicable.
